Entries for the 10th edition of the All Africa Music Awards, run with the African Union. The portal opened on 11 October 2026 and closes on 10 January 2027, with awards held in May 2027. Entries are accepted across 40 categories covering Africa's five regions and a wide range of genres, and are open to artistes, songwriters, producers, video directors, DJs, dancers, choreographers, record labels, music executives and unrecorded artistes of African origin, on the continent and in the diaspora. Only work released between 10 August 2025 and 10 January 2027 is eligible. Nominees are announced on 29 January 2027, with public voting from 21 February. Important: this is an awards entry, not funding. AFRIMA does not state a cash prize, so treat it as recognition, nomination and continental visibility rather than money.
Saving keeps this on your shortlist. It isn’t a funding application.
