- Individuals · Open globally — painters, printmakers or sculptors with at least ten years in a mature phase of practice; a qualifying sudden emergency and evidence of financial need
One-off help after a catastrophic, unforeseen emergency — fire, flood or a sudden medical need. Typically US$5,000, up to US$15,000. Open to painters, printmakers and sculptors anywhere who have been in a mature phase of their practice for at least ten years. This is not general living support: dental work, chronic situations, capital improvements, projects, debt and unemployment are all explicitly excluded. Reviewed in about four weeks, sooner where the need is immediate.
Saving keeps this on your shortlist. It isn’t a funding application.
