Up to KES 999,999 through Ota Kopa, or up to KES 4,999,999 through Ota Kopa Plus, at 9% interest. Open to creatives and creative businesses across multiple disciplines, with the same criteria at every provider. Applications do not go to HEVA directly. They go through an approved provider, which is Kenya Bankers, Longitude Capital or Tenakata, or through the aggregators Wowzi for content creators and Shop Zetu for fashion. The programme runs 2025 to 2027.
