Connect & Create — mentoring for performing-arts and music intermediaries

A year-long scheme pairing 15 early-career sector intermediaries — in artist management, production, booking, administration and communication — with experienced mentors, workshops and a collective cultural-event immersion. EUR 7,500 goes to the participant’s organisation for professional development, distinct from artist touring or creation grants. For sub-Saharan Africa; runs January–December 2027, results 20 November 2026. Deadline 9 October 2026.
